Description

Work Flow

1	Feed via vibrating drip chamber, manipulator grasp then put the positioning fixture
2	Feed via vibrating filter, punch rush into drip chamber
3	Punch the filter and drip chamber again and check if the filter is in place
4	Glue the drip chamber
5	Feed via vibrating spike, manipulator grasp then put the positioning fixture and assemble with drip chamber
6	Rotary positioning of air-vent on the spike
7	Punch the air-vent, manipulator grasp then assemble with spike
8	Examine the airvent inside the spike, whether there are bad membranes, such as partial membranes,  broken membranes, leaky membranes, double membranes, etc.
9	Feed via vibrating air-vent cap, manipulator grasp and glue then assemble with spike
10	Punch the air-vent cap again ( Can add the flanging function of the blue air-vent cap)
11	Manipulator grasp spike then assemble with drip chamber
12	Punch the spike and drip chamber again
13	Feed via vibrating cover then assemble with spike
14	Finished product discharged/Unqualified product discharged
